If you are trying to locate a specific Notary (current or past), please contact the Secretary of State’s office at sosnotary@mt.gov or (406) 444-5379. At this time a list of Montana notaries is not available online.
The Secretary of State’s office does not provide referrals for notary services. If you require a notary and one is not familiar to you, we suggest that your bank or credit union, or any local government office would offer notarial services during regular business hours.
