McCulloch to Hold News Conference Outlining Vote-By-Mail Legislation:
House Bill 130

January 5, 12:00 PM - Secretary of State Linda McCulloch will outline her comprehensive Vote-By-Mail bill (HB 130) and explain what it means for Montana voters during a news conference on Wednesday, January 5 at 12:00 PM in the Secretary of State's Conference Room at the State Capitol in Helena, MT.

HB 130 was drafted in cooperation with Secretary of State McCulloch; Election Administrators from Yellowstone, Blaine, Pondera, Missoula, and Gallatin counties; representatives from various policy groups across Montana including Montana League of Rural Voters, Montana Disability Rights, Montana Conservation Voters, Montana Association of Clerks & Recorders, Forward Montana, and Montana Women Vote; and representation on behalf of Montana's Sovereign Tribal Nations.

HB 130 is being sponsored by Representative Pat Ingraham for the 62nd Montana Legislative Session. The full text of HB 130 can be found online at leg.mt.gov.
