for Service to Montana In Recognition of
National County Government Month
HELENA – Secretary of State and Chief Elections Officer Linda McCulloch thanked Montana’s 56 county election officials, their staff and workers for exceptional service to the people of Montana in recognition of National County Government Month (NCGM), which is celebrated every year to raise awareness about county government programs and services. This year’s theme is “Serving Our Veterans, Armed Forces and Their Families.”
Statement from Secretary of State Linda McCulloch:
“Montana’s Election Administrators and Clerk and Recorders provide exceptional services to our veterans, military service members and their families. Whether they are helping someone cast a ballot overseas or transition back home after being deployed, they ensure that every person’s voice is heard on Election Day. Thank you to Montana’s election officials, their staff and poll workers for assisting voters overseas and across the state in exercising their fundamental right to participate in elections.
