When the roads are clear of snow, I can jump into my car and travel uninterrupted to every corner of the state. A great trip this spring was to Laurel High School, where I had the fortunate opportunity to discuss civic engagement with students.</span></p> <p><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>The trip coincided with the March anniversary of the passage of the 26th Amendment, which constitutionally defines the national legal voting age as 18-years-old.
