McCulloch to Provide June Primary Election Updates on Twitter
Site will provide timely information regarding polling place locations, voter turnout, election results reporting, and other Election Day information.
HELENA – Secretary of State Linda McCulloch this week launched a Twitter page to provide the public with news and information surrounding Montana’s upcoming Primary Election on June 8, 2010.
“Information is an important resource leading up to any election, and that’s especially true on Election Day,” McCulloch said. “This service will allow the Secretary of State’s office to quickly distribute timely information, while also providing Montana’s Clerks & Recorders and local Election Administrators another avenue to communicate with the public on Election Day.”
Montanans can follow Secretary McCulloch on Twitter as she travels to elections offices throughout the day and posts timely information regarding polling place locations, voter turnout, election results reporting, and other Election Day information.
