Filing Replacement Pages Electronically
Naming Your Replacement Page Files
The ARM bureau prefers that you submit your pages as individual files; however, you may submit consecutive pages in a single file.
If you are submitting nonconsecutive pages, save each page as an individual file.
Name your files using only the page number and "rp" indicator, e.g., 44-1089rp.doc for individual page 44-1089. For consecutive pages, name the file only with the beginning and ending page numbers and "rp" indicator, e.g., 44-1089 - 1096rp.doc.
Your files must be named with an rp.doc extension in order to be recognized by the application that moves the files from the agency folders to the ARM working folder. If your files are not named properly, the ARM application will not recognize your files and they will not be "picked up" as replacement pages.
Please file all your quarterly replacement pages at one time.
To gain initial access
See your IT staff and find out your "full context." Email that information to the ARM Bureau and we'll get you set up. |
Copying Replacement Pages to the Server
To file your Replacement Pages electronically, you will need to COPY your completed files to your agency's folder in the SOS_Electronic_ARM directory on the Ndsservice1 server.
Instead of placing your files in your agency folder, use the RP subfolder under your agency folder. Do not create subfolders in the RP subfolder, or your pages may not be picked up for publication.
Email Notification
You must send an email to ALL ARM staff notifying them that your replacement pages have been submitted. Pages must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the last business day of the calendar quarter.
